Description

This is a fantastic late 19th Century circa 1880 solid oak framed gentleman's armchair, in original condition. It will need reupholstering as the seat has seen better days, but I think from the patterning on the back of the velour you can understand what I mean by quality. Having a lovely floral carved cresting rail, turned supports to the back, carved patri at the end of the arms, standing on small turned and fluted front legs with lovely brass castors.

The item above is sold as illustrated in original condition and would be £575.00 + VAT or alternatively Taylor's to refurbish the frame & re-upholster in a £25.00 p/mtr leather/fabric of your choice would be £1250.00 + VAT. Standard lead times on items that are refurbished/ re-upholstered is around 4 weeks.
