This table is a rare beast! In all my time of antique dealing I've had many cast iron tables of this model, but I have never seen one as big as this. The timber for the top looks to be from the teak hardwood family and has a lovely rich colour. It complements the colour of the base, which has a verdigris look and feel to it... It is beautifully made.
We will check it all over and give it a good waxing before it leaves our warehouse in Stafford.
