An 18th Century Mahogany Wine Cooler on Stand

ACC 04491 3

Description

Hold on I hear you say.... An 18th Century mahogany wine cooler... but that is exactly what it is! A very smart open topped wine cooler which somebody has converted to a planter. It has a galvanised tray so that you can now plonk your flowers in without getting water everywhere. Made of quality 18th Century timber with brass banding... it stands on a later base. I think it is a piece of furniture with great potential. This is unusual in the respect that you could put it into a drawing room or a situation where there are other pieces of fine 18th Century furniture and it definitely would not look out of place.

We will put it through our workshop, check it over & wax it up before it leaves our warehouse in Stafford.
